This was a long read for me. As much as I enjoy reading books about historical characters, this was a bit too intensive for my curiosity! The author did a pain stakingly great job with all the intricate details of both men. It is clear that Hitler was no match for Churchill in the war on words. The book provided an indepth look into the personal and social lives of these two important men in history. Clearly, this is a book for those historical buffs who seek the intimate details of the relationship between these men. While I found the book interesting, I do not have a strong historical background to adequately critique the extensive research that was involved in writing a book of this magnitude.

That being said, I received a complimentary copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review from BookRooster.com.
