This book is divided into two parts: time for an evolution and challenge accepted. Part one delves into the paleo diet to prepare you for a 30-day reboot challenge. The benefits and minor obstacles are explained since eliminating certain foods may make you feel uncomfortable before you feel the benefits.
I must say the list of foods to avoid completely had me worried since it listed foods I eat daily! The list of foods to eat in moderation calmed me somewhat and more relieved when J got to the list of foods you can eat freely.
The next part offers methods for menu planning and shopping to prepare for the 30-days. There are recipes and weekly plans to keep you organized. The recipes look easy to make and new ideas for how to prepare foods you enjoy. It definitely seems like a reasonable challenge to reboot your diet with healthy unprocessed foods.
